First, we have a quick chat so I can find out more about your current situation, goals, gaps and priorities and confirm I can help you. I’ll talk you through timeframes, what I’ll need from you, and the process.

Good to go? Once we’ve agreed to work together, I’ll send you a link to your personal portal, which will include a link to:
your invoice—for pre-payment.
my calendar system— so you can book in for your big Kick-Off Call, and:
your onboarding form—so you can tell me more about your goals, dream roles, and big wins.

This is a 60 minute call where I dig a bit more into your career story and values, find out what really drives you and where you want to be. We talk through some of your career journey and I find your narratives and themes.
The call is recorded as down the track I will I use some of the transcript to shape your LinkedIn profile.

I make quick work of a first draft.
When it’s ready for you, I’ll send you a quick message in LinkedIn with a link to your personal portal. All you have to do is jump in, click on the link and the PDF will open inside the portal along with some questions for you to answer in the comments.
Version 1 (pre-draft): Heaps of questions and content for you to check.
Version 2: Now it comes together, a few questions but now it’s really taking shape.
Version 3/Final: A few minor tweaks and we’re nearly done…

I work on your CV until you’re happy – but it generally takes 2-3 solid drafts and a few final tweaks.
When we agree it’s pretty much there I’ll ask you to do 2 things:
1 - Share it with an executive recruiter of your choice for feedback.
2 - Book in for a wrap-up call with me so we can go through any minor tweaks and make sure you’re absolutely happy.
Once you’ve signed off, I’ll send your finals to you in PDF and Word, so you can start applying for roles! If you’ve signed up for the LinkedIn package, work will start on this now.

When your CV is signed off, I will:
design 3 LinkedIn banners for you to choose form, and
write your new profile copy and headline.
I’ll ask you to review and signoff on this before I publish it.
I’ll then ask for access to your LinkedIn and will publish your new banner and copy, and fully optimise your profile so it aligns with your goals, CV and is keyword optimised.
